You may request a catalog from us by calling 816-617-1831 Mon-Fri 6pm-9pm central standard time, or E-mail customer service now. When e-mailing please include your name and complete mailing address. Since many of our items are one of a kind you may reserve any item you see on this web site by E-mailing customer service now, or by calling 816-617-1831 Mon-Fri 6pm-9pm central standard time. We have recently added Paypal to our site so you can purchase on line or we will be happy to accept your personal check, cashiers check, or money order if you prefer to mail in your order. Sorry no C.O.D.'s. If you choose to reserve an item on this web site our customer service representative Jeannie will guide you painlessly through the process and when your payment is received we will ship your desired item. Our sales and shipping are limited to the 48 contiguous states. If you send in an order from one of our catalogs and we are sold out of your choice we will hold your payment and contact you for instructions. To help you choose the correct size please refer to the sizing chart at the bottom of this page.
What do we mean by one of a kind in fabric or embellishment?
When a garment description specifies one of a kind in fabric, this means we made only one garment out of that fabric design. When a description specifies one of a kind in embellishment, this means we made only one garment using a particular embroidery stitch, embroidery color, ribbon, or ribbon color in conjunction with a particular fabric. It is highly unlikely you will see the exact same garment on another child. All of the garments we currently offer are one of a kind in fabric or embellishment.
Shipping Charges:
Our shipping rate is a flat rate of $7.00. It does not matter how many items you order. The only exception would be if you ordered more than one item and had us ship one item to your address and wanted the remainder of your order shipped to a different address, there would be another $7.00 shipping charge for the additional address.

Our Policy in regard to the information you provide to us is very simple. We will not share or sell your information with anyone or to anyone.
Our Product Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied, if for any reason you are not happy with your selection we accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your garment. Returns are not accepted once merchandise has been worn or laundered. In the event you need to make a return we will enclose a return slip with your shipment, just follow the guidelines on the return slip. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges. |
